Molte le considerazioni portate all’attenzione. Tra le tante quella in cui si valorizzava il pensiero che;
“Il massimo effetto che ci si può attendere dall’integrazione è che l’organismo dia il meglio delle proprie capacità (niente che non possa fare una sana alimentazione ed un buon allenamento!!!).”
Un’attività sportiva aiuta la nostra salute, quando praticata con la consapevolezza da parte nostra di sapere quello che stiamo facendo o ci stiamo apprestando a fare.
